A Glimpse Into Our 2025 Client Projects

Looking back at 2025, Krakoff Communications, Inc. (KCI) had the opportunity to partner with clients across industries on a variety of projects. From dynamic video production and eye-catching print advertisements to thoughtful web design and impactful media coverage, this year’s work reflects our commitment to helping brands be seen and heard with intention. Below is a glimpse into just some of the projects that defined our year.

Robert Morris University – B2C Media Placements

In 2025, we helped Robert Morris University elevate its visibility across the Pittsburgh region through a robust local media outreach strategy that blended event promotion with institutional storytelling. From TV news coverage to multiple print features and digital placements, RMU consistently pushed its messaging out to its intended audiences. These efforts amplified key campus events while also spotlighting RMU’s academic programs, strengthening the University’s local reputation and relevance across platforms.

Thompson Creek – Launching Community Charitable Initiative

We partnered with Thompson Creek Window Company to develop and launch its inaugural House Proud Heroes program, which is a charitable initiative designed to recognize and honor community heroes by awarding up to 10 free windows while amplifying their stories. Our work spanned marketing and PR strategy, press release development, local and national outreach, winner interviews, storyboarding and scripting for installation/profile videos, and full web copy for the program’s landing page. The campaign blended purpose-driven storytelling with brand visibility.

Core Natural Resources launched the NotSoFastCoal Hard Truth public awareness campaign to combat misconceptions about the energy transition by highlighting coal’s continued role in meeting society’s energy needs as well as its many other uses, including steel, concrete, water filtration, fertilizers and much more. From December 2023 to September 2024, the campaign generated a reach of 501 million with placements across local, national, trade, broadcast and podcast media outlets.

CEC – Crisis Planning We helped CEC, one of the nation’s leading environmental engineering firms, to prepare and plan for any future crises. Together, we developed processes and protocols, as well as a comprehensive manual, to help guide the company through any future challenges.

Seneca Valley School District – Podcast Production

Since the COVID-19 Pandemic began, we have been producing the VOICES podcast for Seneca Valley. We named the podcast and created the branding for it as well. KCI President Jeff Krakoff has been the host of the podcast since it began, and we celebrated our 100th episode in 2025. Topics include upcoming events, policies, trends and anything else affecting students, staff and the community. The VOICES podcast has been a consistent, nationally award-winning podcast with high levels of engagement.

Mt. Lebanon Magazine – Website

After successfully launching Mt. Lebanon’s full municipal website the prior year, we were asked to redesign the companion website for Mt. Lebanon Magazine. Using mostly the same content, we focused on the architecture and organization, while also making the design more modern to complement the municipal website. We also added some design features that were requested by the client using best practices from some national publications.
